A delicious mushroom dish for any occasion!

1. clean the mushrooms, rinse briefly and cut into slices. 2. briefly sauté the shallots in the hot butter and add the mushrooms. Sauté at high temperature for 5 minutes until soft. 3.

Extinguish with the wine and add the stock. Add the bay leaf spice. Rinse the dill and pour in half of it. Do everything for 5 minutes.

4. scale, rinse and dry the salmon. Sprinkle with juice of one lemon, season with salt, season with pepper and place on top of the mushrooms.

Cover and cook for 8 min at low temperature.

Remove the salmon and mushrooms from the broth and keep them warm.

Remove bay leaf spice and dill. Add the cold butter in small pieces until the sauce is creamy. Season with salt, pepper and juice of one lemon.

7. pluck the remaining dill over the saucepan. Fold in the mushrooms repeatedly. Arrange the salmon on plates with the mushroom sauce. Serving: Wild rice
