For salmon in vegetable bed peel potatoes, wash carrots and zucchini and cut into not too small pieces. Peel spring onions and cut into strips. Put potatoes in a perforated bowl.

Place vegetables separately in another perforated cooking tray and season with salt and pepper. Season fish fillet, sprinkle with lemon juice and also place in its own lightly greased perforated dish.

First steam the potatoes for 30 minutes. After 18 minutes, add the salmon to the steamer, reduce the temperature to 85 °C. Steam the vegetables for the last 6 minutes as well.

Salt the potatoes to taste. Arrange potatoes and vegetables on plates, place salmon slice on top of vegetables. Serve topped with the lemon slice.
