A great fish recipe to make yourself:

1. for the meat juice, peel shallots and cut into fine rings. Tarragon rinse and dry. Pluck off leaves and chop. Cook clear soup, shallots, tarragon, soy sauce, sherry and nut oil in a saucepan until about half cooked. Season with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper.

3. rinse salmon fillet, dry and cut into 2 cm cubes.
