For the salmon in herb crust with glazed carrots and boiled potatoes, first peel the potatoes.

Then cut into pieces and boil in salted water until the pieces are soft.

For the carrots, caramelize sugar in a hot pot and then pour mineral water. Add carrots and stew until soft (refill with mineral water in between if necessary).

Salt and pepper frozen salmon fillet on both sides and turn in mixed herbs. Then fry out in a pan (can also be cut in the middle if it is not cooked through). When everything is ready, arrange on a plate.

Serve the salmon in herb crust with glazed carrots and boiled potatoes.
