Wash the salmon, dab dry, sprinkle with lemon juice. Sprinkle fish all around with spice and press the spice a little.

Dredge the salmon with the skin side in flour.

Heat butter and oil in a frying pan, place the salmon with the skin side in the pan and fry for about 3 minutes, turn and finish frying.
