For the salmon fillet with wild garlic coconut sauce, rinse the salmon fillets, pat dry and marinate with lemon juice and salt. Wash the wild garlic leaves and cut into very thin strips.

Slice the leeks and sauté in the olive oil. Pour in the coconut milk, add the ginger and salt and simmer for about 10 minutes.

Puree with a blender and mix in the finely chopped wild garlic leaves. Season the sauce with salt and lemon juice. Fry the salmon fillets briefly and hot in a little olive oil and serve with the wild garlic sauce.
