For the salmon broccoli quiche, preheat the oven to 170°C. Heat 2 tbsp KUNER mayonnaise in a pan and add the onion, garlic and broccoli. Cook for 5 min, stirring constantly, until the mixture is heated.

Pour the broccoli mixture into the pastry shell, add the salmon cubes and sprinkle with cheese.

Mix eggs and milk, season with pepper and stir in 1 tbsp. mayonnaise

Pour the mayonnaise mixture over the vegetables and cheese. Bake in oven for 20-30 min or until everything is cooked.

Serve the finished salmon-broccoli quiche with a green salad.
