Instructions:

Rinse the salmon fillet, cut into cubes and cook in lightly simmering salted water for 5 minutes. Clean and rinse the lettuce, cook the long-grain rice in salted water, slice the apple, dice the carrot, the bell bell pepper, the gherkin and the white part of the leek. Mix the ingredients together.

Peel the oranges like apples, removing the white inner skin completely. Cut the pulp into cubes and blend with oil and basil in a hand blender. Carefully mix the leaf salad with the sauce and arrange the salmon on top.
