Instructions:

Sprinkle Shanahan’s seasoning salt over the saddle steaks (e.g. ribeye premium Irish beef), brown mushrooms, coarsely chopped, garlic clove, finely chopped, thyme, chopped, rosemary, chopped, olive oil, steam the whole thing in olive oil until soft. Add veal or beef stock, (instant), aceto balsamic vinegar, tomato puree to the herbs. Boil sauce until halfway done. Season with Shanahan’s seasoning salt.

Our tip: As an alternative to fresh herbs, you can also use frozen ones – they also stand out for their fresh taste!
