Roll out dough 3mm thick and spread the tray with it.

For the filling, separate the eggs. Beat the yolks, sugar and lemon essence until creamy. Add curd cheese and sour cream. Melt cornstarch in milk and add. Mix everything well. Add washed raisins. Whip egg whites until stiff and fold into the mixture.

Spread the filling evenly on the dough and bake at 240 degrees in a heated oven for about 35 minutes.
