Instructions:

For the rump steaks, clean, wash and quarter radishes. Rub meat with salt, pepper and peeled and pressed garlic.

Fry meat in heated oil for 2 minutes on each side. Put meat in a baking dish and cook for 10 minutes at 125 °C.

Fry radishes with bay leaves in butter. Season with salt and serve together with the rump steaks.
