For the rum balls, mix chocolate, hazelnuts, icing sugar and vanilla sugar and mix with egg whites and rum. Let the mass rest a bit, form balls and roll in coconut.

Place on a baking tray or similar and leave open for 2-3 days. Then place in tightly closing containers.
