Instructions:

For the rose water, boil water and sugar for 3 minutes and then let cool. Slice the lemons and add to the sugar.

Put rose petals in a glass and pour the sugar water. Leave to infuse in a cool place for 1 week. Strain through a sieve and fill into bottles.
