Rolled Barley with Minced Meat and Leek

Instructions:

Make rolled barley in salted water about 30 minutes, pour into a colander, pour warm water and drain.

Clean leek and carrots, rinse and cut into tender strips. Saute minced onion in butter until soft, add minced meat and brown, season with salt and pepper.

Add vegetables, pour 1/2 cup of water and cook gently at low temperature.

Season with approx. 2 tbsp. aroma or fondor.

Next, fold in the finished rolled barley.
