For the roasted pumpkin with rosemary, peel the pumpkin, remove the seeds and cut into wedges. Place the pumpkin slices in a baking dish, season with salt, pepper and rosemary and drizzle with the olive oil.
Roast in the oven at 170 °C for about 15 – 20 minutes. Serve the roasted pumpkin with rosemary as a side dish.
