A bean recipe for every taste:

Meat cooked leisurely on the bed of salt remains very juicy.

Rinse and dry the meat. Rub with a little pepper. Sprinkle salt on the fat pan or in a roasting pan. Put the meat on it.

Roast in heated oven, 175 degrees , 2-1/2 to 3 hours until crisp brown.

Clean and rinse vegetables. Divide cauliflower into roses. Cut carrots into slices. Cut beans in half. Cook beans and cauliflower in boiling hot salted water until tender, about 15 min. Add carrots after 5 min and cook.

Remove peel from onions and finely dice. Heat the fat. Sauté onion until translucent. Dust with flour and sweat. Extinguish with water and milk. Add clear soup and simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes. Rinse parsley, chop and fold in. Season with salt and a pinch of nutmeg.

Drain vegetables and add to the sauce form.
