For the cabbage roast, steep the cabbage in boiling water for about 15 minutes. Remove the outer leaves and place half of the leaves in a greased baking dish.

Cut the remaining cabbage into cubes and steam with cloves, bay leaf, diced onion and salt for about 15 minutes.

Add minced meat and leftover roast, mix thoroughly. Put the filling on the cabbage leaves lying in the mold and cover with the second half of the cabbage leaves.

Put the sliced bacon on the cabbage. Roast the cabbage at 20 °C for about 50 minutes.
