Instructions:

Spread brown bread with butter, evenly spread the horseradish curd on it. On top of it the washed lettuce leaves form.

Lightly roll up the roast beef slices and arrange on the lettuce. Sprinkle everything together with the chive rolls and season with salt and pepper.

Our tip: Fresh chives are much more aromatic than dried ones!
