For the Risotto Pronto with porcini mushrooms, sausage and feta cheese, cut the sausage into small pieces, fry in a pan with a little oil and continue to chop as much as possible.

Once the sausage is well browned, add the Riso Gallo Risotto Pronto with porcini mushrooms and cook according to instructions. At the end of the cooking time, mix with a little butter, the Parmesan cheese and some chopped parsley.

Divide the rice among the plates and roughly grate some feta cheese on top. Then decorate with some parsley and serve the Risotto Pronto with porcini mushrooms.
