For the rice cakes, mix water and egg whites with rice flour and add very little salt. Add cooked rice and stir.

Use a little more water if needed.

Preheat the waffle iron, spread the mixture and bake like waffles. The rice waffles do not take color and the coated waffle iron does not need to be greased!

The rice waffles can be eaten as a snack or served with stevia jam for breakfast.
