For the redfish in the oven, wash the fish fillets, carefully pat dry with kitchen roll. Salt and sprinkle with lemon juice. Turn fillets in flour and fry in a pan in the melted butter until golden brown on both sides. Remove the fish and in the remaining butter brown the chopped garlic clove for 1 minute and now add the peeled sliced tomatoes and steam over medium heat for 10 minutes, season with pepper and salt.

Mix the defrosted spinach with the cream and cheese, season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.

Brush the fireproof dish with butter and cover with the tomatoes. Place the fish on top and cover with the spinach. Now place in the preheated oven at 220°C degrees for about 15 minutes to bake.

Serve the redfish in the oven with boiled potatoes and a glass of beer or more.
