Instructions:

Let the cooking chocolate melt in a water bath, cool again until it is almost solidified. Now warm it up again very slightly. Cut the pineapple rings into trapezoidal pieces. Now dip the pineapple pieces and the dried apricots half in the chocolate. Press an almond onto the apricots. Drain the confection on a chocolate grid and cool. Keep cool.

Delicious also with other fruit

Of course you can also make this confection with other types of dried fruit, e.g. apple rings or dried banana pieces. Or soak raisins in rum and then dip them completely in the liquid chocolate. This tastes really great (but is not for kids!). And if you want them to have a bit of variety in color, you can use white chocolate to coat them as well. Stir

but then stir a little Palmin into the chocolate. It will be smoother and shine much nicer.

Tip: Feel free to use better chocolate – the more delicious the result!
