Instructions:

Fill a wide-mouthed bottle or carafe with ripe raspberries or other fruit. Fill with red wine vinegar, close tightly and leave in a bright but not sunny place for about 3-4 weeks. Meanwhile, shake briefly 2-3 times a week. (This will determine the intensity of the fruit flavor depending on the ratio of vinegar : raspberries). Strain, fill into bottles and close tightly. Store in a cool and dark place (1-2 years).
