Instructions:

For the raspberry ice cream, finely puree the raspberries, the cream, the lemon juice and possibly the sugar with a stand mixer. (The mass should be nice and creamy, if it is too thin add more fruit, if it is too thick add some more cream and puree again).

Immediately pour the mixture into the provided popsicle molds, seal and place in the freezer for about 1/2 hour.
