For the dough, mix the curd, rolled oats and vanilla sugar with a hand mixer. Add as much milk until a patty-like mass is formed.

Form small dumplings from the dough with moistened hands. Press a raspberry into the center of each dumpling.

Bring water to a boil in a pot. Place the dumplings in the boiling water and wait for them to rise.

In the meantime, mix the cinnamon and sugar. Roll the finished dumplings in the cinnamon sugar while they are still warm.
