Instructions:

Carefully remove fat and tendons from the meat and cut into cubes. Prepare a marinade from garlic, yogurt, salt and ginger strips. Add the meat and fold well into the mixture. Marinate for at least 2 hours.

In a large saucepan, heat peanut or vegetable oil until very hot. Toast the 8 red chiles (without the green head) for 30 seconds. Be careful when doing this, as they may splatter. Now add the chopped onions and brown well. Now add the mashed tomatoes with a teaspoon of ground cumin. Do everything for about 5 minutes, stirring often. Add the meat + marinade and meanwhile gently stir until the oil separates from the sauce. Again, stir often. Stir 1 tsp Garam Masala with 200 ml hot water and add. Cover and simmer gently for 1 hour. Now pour into a large enough bowl and garnish with green chili rings Long grain rice: dice shallots and carrot. Heat oil in a saucepan and add both. Stir fry for about 2 minutes. Now add 2 Chinese bowls of long grain rice and fry a little bit. Pour in the clear soup and add 1 teaspoon of turmeric. Stir everything well.

When everything becomes creamy, cover the saucepan, remove from the stove and simmer for half an hour. After that, the long grain rice is cooked.
