For the Raffaello balls, heat the butter and whipped cream. Chop the chocolate into pieces and melt in the butter and whipped cream.

Mix in the coconut flakes. Place in the refrigerator for approx. 1-2 hours. Then form balls from the mixture.

Place an almond half in the center of the ball, roll again and roll in the Raffaello balls in coconut.
