~ peel radish, cut into 3 cm wide slices
~ simmer for 10 min on low heat, pour off
~ wipe konbu, soak in saucepan with 1.5l water
~ add radish, bring to boil, remove konbu, soften (-30 min.)
~ Sauce: heat sugar, dashi, miso at low temperature, mix in egg yolks.
~ Drain radish, bring to table with sauce.
