Select quinua, rinse very well in sieve with hot water, finely chop onion, sauté quinua and onion in olive oil, extinguish with water, lightly wallow for 15 min. Finely chop seasonal vegetables, add to soup, lightly wallow for about 5 min so that vegetables are still crunchy. Season and bring to the table.

Our tip: As an alternative to fresh herbs, you can also use frozen ones – they also stand out for their fresh taste!
