For the quinoa chia bread, first put chia in a bowl with the water and let it sit for a few hours until it has a slippery consistency. Simmer quinoa with the water for about 10-15 minutes until soft.

Then either add all the ingredients gradually in a bread maker and let it bake until light, medium or dark, depending on your preference.

Or knead the bread mixture with the water and salt in a food processor. Gradually stir in the oil, quinoa and chia. Pour into a mold, which is lined with butter/flour. Preheat oven to about 50 °C and let the bread rise for 1 hour.

Turn on the oven to 175 °C top/bottom heat and bake the quinoa-chia bread for 40-60 minutes, depending on how dark you want it.
