For the quinoa-banana muesli, heat the quinoa, rice and milk. Let everything simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring constantly, otherwise it will set very quickly.

As soon as it thickens, stir in the honey and lemon juice, remove from heat and let cool.

Cut the bananas into slices and fold in. Possibly add some tangerines for freshness. The quinoa-banana muesli is also very good to take to the office!
