A cake recipe for all foodies:

A nostalgic fruit cake to be enjoyed very fresh. Stored, fully ripe quinces are exceptionally well suited for this recipe.

Dough: Cook a shortcrust pastry (grated dough) from the ingredients, let it cool for a short time, then spread it on a baking tray and prick the bottom well.

For the filling, mix all the ingredients and grate the fruit directly into the mixture, spread everything evenly on the pastry base, bake the cake on the spot.

Bake: Approx. 35 minutes on the lowest rack of the oven heated to 220 degrees.
