Instructions:

Wash quinces, cut into wedges and remove the core and place quince wedges in clean rex glasses. Boil water with sugar, add some quince brandy and pour over quinces. Close jars tightly, place in a water bath and cook quinces at 90 °C covered or in steam for 50 minutes.
