Instructions:

For vegetable noodles with peanut oil, cook noodles in salted water.

In the meantime, dice onion, melanzani, zucchini and garlic. Roughly cut red cabbage into strips.

Sauté onion and garlic in peanut oil, then add the rest of the vegetables and fry until slightly crispy.

Strain the cooked noodles and fry them together with the vegetables.
