For the quick pot dumplings, whip whipped cream with cream stiffener until stiff. Mix curd cheese with lemon and orange juice, then add vanilla sugar and granulated sugar to taste. Fold the whipped cream into the curd mixture. Refrigerate for a few hours.

Finely mash the raspberries with a little sugar.

When serving, cut out dumplings from the curd mixture, place them on raspberry fruit mousse and decorate with liquid chocolate. Enjoy preparing the quick curd dumplings!
