For the curd gnocchi, knead all ingredients into a smooth dough. Allow to rest for 30 minutes so that the dough tightens slightly (no longer sticks).

If the dough is still too soft, knead in some more flour. Form the dough into rolls and cut small pieces with the dough card.

Cook the gnocchi in boiling salted water until they float to the surface. Strain and toss in any pesto.
