For the dough:





Instructions:

First make the pasta dough.

Then prepare the filling from all the other ingredients.

Spread the pasta dough thinly and spread small heaps of the filling evenly on half of the dough.

Brush the empty spaces between the filling with egg white. Place the other half of the dough on top, press down a little and cut the dough into cubes.

Boil the filled pasta pockets in salted water and strain.

Arrange as desired and serve.
