Peel the pumpkin and remove the seeds exactly. Then cut into small cubes and sauté in a frying pan with butter. Add the chopped (or pressed) garlic, pour the soup and stew gently. Season with salt, pepper and cumin. Blend the pumpkin soup with a blender (or hand mixer). In the meantime, add the liquid whipped cream. Season the pumpkin cream soup, and garnish with dill tips, bring nicely to the table (perhaps in hollowed out UFO pumpkin).
