For the pumpkin seed whiskey nuggets first finely sift the powdered sugar and mix with the pumpkin seeds and breadcrumbs.

Melt the couverture with the coconut oil (microwave or water bath) and add to the dry ingredients together with the whiskey and the jam (without larger pieces of fruit) and mix.

Allow the mixture to “set” for about 30 minutes. If the mixture is still too soft, you can mix in additional breadcrumbs or a few teaspoons of psyllium husks.

If the mixture is too dry, you can add some jam. Form small balls with your hand and roll them in grated pumpkin seeds.

Place the balls on a baking tray and let them dry overnight.
