For the pumpkin seed crescents crumble flour and butter and quickly mix with powdered sugar and pumpkin seeds to a dough.

Form crescents and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake at 180 °C until golden brown.

Roll the pumpkin seed crescents in powdered sugar and vanilla sugar while still warm.
