Instructions:

Melt the butter (1) in the frying pan. Add the grated pumpkin and sauté. Extinguish with water, season with salt and pepper, add the hominy. Stir and cook at low temperature until thick (about 20 to half an hour). Add ham, mix in butter (2) to refine.

Tip: It is best to use your favorite ham – then your dish tastes twice as good!
