Instructions:

Cream yolks, powdered sugar and rum, slowly stir in oil. Beat egg whites with granulated sugar until very firm. Mix dry ingredients, fold into yolk mixture with the snow. Pour into a greased, floured loin pan. Bake at 180°C for about 50 minutes. Sprinkle with sugar before serving.
