For the puff pastry with tuna and corn, drain the tuna and cut into small pieces. Cut the mozzarella into small pieces and mix together with the tuna and corn.

Add the sour cream and season to taste. Cut the puff pastry into squares and put about 2 tablespoons of filling on each. Brush the edges with water and fold into pockets and press down.

Brush with egg and bake in the oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes until the puff pastry pockets with tuna and corn are nicely browned.
