For the puff pastry strawberry bowls, cut the puff pastry lengthwise in the middle, then widthwise 3 times, so that there are 8 roughly equal rectangles.

Fold the rectangles at the edge, folding them over so that they form a higher edge and become bowls.

Place the rectangles on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, prick the center several times with a fork.

Cook the pudding according to the recipe. Spread about 1- 2 tablespoons of pudding on each dough bowl. There will be about 1/3 pudding left over – this can be used elsewhere.

Then spread the chopped strawberries on each bowl. Bake the puff pastry strawberry bowls in the oven at 190 degrees for half an hour.
