Place puff pastry slices next to each other and defrost. Peel onion and garlic clove, finely dice onion, crush garlic. Rinse tomatoes and finely dice. Rinse the beans and drain well with the hominy. Mix all prepared ingredients with minced meat, egg, spices and herbs. Rub the edges of 9 puff pastry slices with egg white and fold them overlapping to form a rectangle, press the edges smooth.

Brush minced meat mixture, roll up pastry sheet from long side. Cut remaining puff pastry slice into strips with a pastry wheel, brush with egg white and place on roll.

Brush everything with egg yolk. Place the roll on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake in a heated oven at 200 degrees for about 45 minutes.
