Thaw the pastry sheets and roll out to the thickness of the back of a knife. Brush each with olive oil.
For ham rolls, cover the pastry sheets with thin slices of ham; for tomato rolls, spread the tomato puree on the pastry sheets; for olive rolls, spread the olive pasta.
Roll up, cut diagonally into finger-width taler. Place each on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper with the cut side facing up.
Bake at 200 °C for about 8 min.
Note: Quick and effortless to make, and especially lukewarm a wonderful appetizer.
Tip: Always use an aromatic ham, it will add a wonderful touch to your dish!
