Instructions:

Mixing dough: Mix light butter until creamy. Add vanilla sugar, lemon zest, honey and spices until combined. Fold in each egg for half a minute. Combine flour with baking powder and stir into mixture in 2 portions on lowest speed. Pour batter into greased muffin tins or paper baking cups.

Prepare pudding filling according to instructions and place in a freezer bag or possibly a piping bag with a nozzle. Cut a corner of the freezer bag into small pieces and then pipe the pudding leisurely into the center of the muffins in batches. Pull the piping bag leisurely upwards.

Be careful, likewise, not to place the piping bag too deep into the muffins or the pudding will displace the bottom batter, which will serve as the base.

Bake the muffins in the heated oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool and cover with the chocolate and decorate with pearls.
