For the potato soup with tofu skewers, peel and chop the potatoes and onion. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pot and sauté onion briefly.

Add potatoes, deglaze with soup. Bring to a boil and cook for 15 minutes. Slice the zucchini and the tofu, put both alternately on wooden skewers.

Fry skewers in hot oil, turning until golden brown. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and season with salt and pepper.

Puree soup, mix cooking cream and mustard and add to soup, bring to a boil again. Season with salt and pepper.

Serve the potato soup with tofu skewers.
