For the potato peel chips with Cajun dip, preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (gas: level 4).

Bake the potatoes in the heated oven for 45-50 minutes until soft. Cut in half lengthwise and hollow out until only a thin layer of flesh remains on the sides of the peel. Cut these hollowed-out shells in half again.

Mix a cream of the given ingredients for the dip and refrigerate it.

Heat 1 cm of oil in a saucepan and deep-fry the potato skins in it until they are crispy and golden on both sides.

Drain on kitchen roll, season with pepper and salt.

Serve the potato peel chips with Cajun dip!
