Cut the peppers in half and remove their stalks. Clean and rinse the peppers and cut them into 1/2 cm cubes.

Mix the eggs, whipping cream and flour in a large baking bowl.

Rinse, peel and finely grate the potatoes. Next, place them briefly in cold water, remove and squeeze using a kitchen towel. Add the diced peppers, potatoes, onions, garlic, bacon and cheese to the egg mixture and mix well.

Heat equal parts of oil and butter in a small frying pan, pour a heaping tablespoon of batter into the frying pan, smooth it out and fry on both sides. One by one, finish baking all the potato pancakes.

Our tip: Use a deliciously spicy bacon for a delicious touch!
